Positively Emerald Hat Competition (now closed)
In preparation for WICKED DAY, we invited you to get creative and create a hat that any citizen of the Emerald City would be proud to wear. We were amazed at how creative you all were and our cast struggled to choose the 10 finalists. On WICKED DAY 2008 we narrowed the top ten down to two runners up and the winner.
